Order process

• It takes up to 2-4 days for you to receive your custom design by email. Now is the opportunity for you to review the design, give us feedback and/or approve it.
• Once you approve your design we will begin the production of your order. This takes between 2-6 business days. During this time, we're converting your design to be print-ready and ensuring our high quality standards are achieved before we despatch your order.
• After it's passed our extensive quality tests, we'll get your order out for delivery. Depending on the warehouse we use, this can take up to 10 working days (although it's usually faster).

Additional Information:

Due to the nature of customised products and seasonal spikes, production times can increase in line with demand. We always work to be as efficient as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date.
